Services
Monthly plans are month to month with thirty days written notice to cancel. The one-time setup fee is required before monthly work begins. Website builds are quoted at the published price and delivered per the signed scope.
Ownership
Clients own their Google Business Profile, citations, phone numbers, website, and content. On termination, we transfer all credentials and remove our access.
No ranking guarantees
We guarantee defined monthly deliverables and transparent reporting. We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or lead volume.
Exclusivity
One contractor per trade, per territory, held as long as the client remains active.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
