Is Mesa less competitive than Scottsdale or Chandler?+
On the map, yes, and by a wider margin than the size of the city would suggest. Mesa has more homes needing work than anywhere else in the metro and noticeably less complete profile work behind them. That gap is the reason we flag it as the largest genuinely uncontested territory on our list.
